We can get there. Together. Our classes are created with you and YOUR goals in mind. At the DTS, we use Tabata Style Total Body workouts to help achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. Regardless of your fitness level, we will accommodate to make sure that every participant is engaged and motivated to push boundaries and strive for success.

HOW the workouts flow (watch the YT video at the bottom of the page for an example of what to expect a typical Tabata session to look like.)
Workouts at the Cascades Club location include all equipment for the 12 station set up. When you arrive all the stations (Abs-4 exercises, upperbody-4exercises & legs-4 exercises) are ready for you.
We start with a warmup of stretching. Each group of exercises for abs, upperbody and legs are explained. The tabata timer is set and participants spend 50sec at each exercise, 3x. 4 exercises @ 50sec an exercise 3x = 12min.

Workouts in Wakefield at the Elementary School require participants to purchase and bring their own equipment (see list below). We use the same formate, except these sessions are lead by an instructor at the front of the room. 
We start with a warmup, then stretching. The first set of 4 ab exercises are explained, the timer is set and we run through the 4 exercises 3x. Same for upperbody and legs.

**ATTENDEES registering for the Wakefield location OR plan on attending the Wakefield sessions must purchase and bring below pieces of equipment to the workout. This ensures that everyone has the right equipment and learns how to use them.
