OUR FITNESS Program is now open to BOTH Women & Men of all ages.
Committing to a fitness program now, especially one that, offers a range of benefits that can set you up for success.
We can get there. Together. Our classes are created with you and YOUR goals in mind. At the DTS, we use Tabata Style Total Body workouts to help achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. Regardless of your fitness level, we will accommodate to make sure that every participant is engaged and motivated to push boundaries and strive for success.
**The workouts:
September & October: Will be outside under the covered bridge in Wakefield.
November – April : Will be held at the Wakefield Elementary School in the gym.
Each participant is required to purchase and bring their equipment (see list below).
We use the Tabata format. Which are timed sets.
We start with a warmup, then stretching.
Each set of excercises will be explained.
The timer will be set 50 sec effort / 15 sec rest & transition to the next exercise

3-4 Exercises each 3x sets
