OUR FITNESS Program is now open to BOTH Women & Men Over 40
Committing to a fitness program now, especially one that, offers a range of benefits that can set you up for success.

We can get there. Together. Our classes are created with you and YOUR goals in mind. At the DTS, we use Tabata Style Total Body workouts to help achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. Regardless of your fitness level, we will accommodate to make sure that every participant is engaged and motivated to push boundaries and strive for success.

**The workouts in Wakefield at the Elementary School require participants to purchase and bring their own equipment (see list below). We use the Tabata format. 
We start with a warmup, then stretching. The first set of 4 ab exercises are explained, the timer is set and we run through the 4 exercises 3x. Same for upperbody and legs.

Session Packages:

*Sessions must be used in 60 days from the date of purchase.
