About the "16wk THURSDAY" Program

While the 20wk Online Winter Cycling Training Program is a fully supported & robust winter training program, the 16wk THURSDAY Skills program is as it sounds. Access to the weekly COACHED training session, either in the morning or in the evening. At this point you will be joining the participants from the 20wk Winter Program and train together.
This Thursday AM or PM SKILLS option is for cyclists who just want to be coached and learn the proper skills that will help improve their winter training & summer cycling racing/riding/touring fitness and experience.

ABOUT the 16wk THURSDAY Cycling Skills Program
** You MUST have a Heart Rate Monitor, cadence reader/bike computer & have your bike on a Smart Trainer
* You DO NOT need to have a Zwift account, however recommended
The program starts week of Nov 5.
These sessions are LIVE with Sylvie D’Aoust, Level 3 Cycling Performance Coach

Before you get started, make sure to  complete a Zwift FTP/MAP test. Record your final Heart Rate and Watts.

An excel spreadsheet will be sent to track your FTP/MAP.  Performance tracking will happen 2 more times over the 20wks.
